REGISTRATION

Please note that all attendees will be expected to cover the costs of air flights, conference fee and accommodations. Local motels cost approximately $75.00/night for a double occupancy room. More details on accommodations will be available later on the website.

The conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference folder, proceedings, transportation from the Indianapolis airport to the University and return to the airport at the end of the conference, shuttle to and from the hotels, and all meals during the conference.

The following excursions are offered during the registration process:
